What is Wellshare X?
Wellshare X is an Australian marketplace that connects clinic owners with health and beauty practitioners looking for rooms to rent. We focus on longer-term arrangements rather than one-off bookings. We don’t guarantee enquiries, occupancy, or income.
How does listing a room on Wellshare X benefit my clinic?
Listing helps you turn spare capacity into income, meet practitioners who are already searching for space, and keep enquiries organised in one dashboard. Outcomes depend on your location, room type, and pricing — we don’t promise a fixed number of leads or rental income.
How much does it cost to list a room on Wellshare X?
Creating a Wellshare X clinic owner account is free. When you publish, you choose a listing model. Basic Listing has $0 upfront: a one-time introduction fee is payable when a practitioner is successfully placed in your room (equal to one month’s agreed rent — see Clinic Owner Terms for the full calculation, including any minimum fee). Featured Listing is $199 per clinic for three months, includes no introduction fees, and gives featured visibility in search. Some room configurations may require Featured until you simplify what’s on the listing; the app tells you at plan selection. Optional Concierge setup help is $99 per clinic if you’d like our team to help build your listing.
Can I list multiple rooms at my clinic?
Yes. You can list as many rooms as you like under a clinic, and you can manage multiple clinics from a single account.
Can I set my own rental rates and availability?
Yes. You set the rates you advertise and the days each room is available, and you can update them from your dashboard. Which pricing options and extras are available can depend on your listing plan and other rules shown when you edit a room.
Can I set specific requirements for practitioners who want to rent my room?
You choose which practitioners to engage with after reading their enquiry. The rental arrangement is between you and the practitioner; Wellshare X isn’t a party to that agreement.
What if a practitioner doesn’t fulfill an agreement?
Your rental agreement is between you and the practitioner, so you retain your usual legal remedies. Tell us about serious or repeated misconduct — we may act under our terms, including restricting access to the platform where appropriate.
What if I need to temporarily remove my listing or change availability?
Update availability or take a listing offline from your dashboard. If you subscribe to Featured Listing, you can cancel according to the terms shown at checkout; day-to-day edits to your listing don’t require a long notice period.
